Shishok

The film follows Sergey, a 20-year-old from the village of Ilyatino known as Shishok. He lives at a tourist base near the old Anichkov estate, between Lakes Ostrovito and Nemega. Shishok does not work or make long-term plans. The project explores the conflict between the beauty of nature and local poverty, and how inertia becomes a normal way of life.
